Tell us something we don’t know

Australian’s foreign minister spokesperson states the obvious:

the Australian Government’s conviction that there were weapons of mass destruction was “not solely based on intelligence”.

Seriously, this has to be the most honest comment to come out of the man of steel’s government for a long time.

Does this mean “military intelligence” or, as I suspect, they have finally inadvertently admitted they are a pack of morons.

How did their spin doctors allow them to get away with this sort of statement.

If the decisions weren’t based on ‘intelligence’ what were they based on? As I stated in my commentary on the matter, the whole thing stinks so badly now, I’d suggest the ‘intelligence’ came straight out of someone’s arse.
