changing ones’ tune
According to this report, the Family First party is open and honest about its christian foundation:
The party founders and leadership are Christian and proud of it. Most of all, most of, if not all, the party’s candidates in the Federal campaign were actually Christian people. Why? Because that is the network base that we have come from.
Quite a change from this press release from before the election quoting the lead senate candidate in Queensland suggesting that the labelling of the party as Christian was “bordering on slander”. Yep, that’s right. Such a terrible thing to be burdened with that it could be slanderous.

and today they/a member, was quoted at advocating the teaching of creationism in science to the exclusion of evolution. if that isn’t a fundo christian POV then what is?
