Off to the land of the hobbits
OK, so the title was just to stir Dan.
Later this week Dan and I head over to the south island of New Zealand to spend some time with Steve and Lynne Taylor at Opawa Baptist Church.
We will be running a seminar called liquid thinking - many congregations, one church. In this seminar we will be sharing our experiences over the last five years at nccc in creating a church that has many congregations.
I am really looking forward to the week and the chance to share some of our experiences. It is not often we get a chance to meet with people who are on the same journey in creating expressions of the emerging church alongside some more traditional expressions of Church.
