Stephen over at neurotribe has been doing a series of posts on the issues that he (and others who have commented) believe are the pressing ones for the emerging church. I must admit to not having engaged in the discussion due to lack of concentration caused by holiday downtime but a skim shows some good stuff being discussed. He lists the issues as:

Sustainability (in terms of employment, paying the bills etc)
