about a porn star
I have been really enjoying this series from And that has made all the difference aboutconnecting with and being friends with a porn star. It is challenging, heartbreaking and uplifting. From part 1:
it was my first year of being an r.a. in college… in my previous post i wrote about a resident who deeply impacted me, and writing about my college years lead me to think of another girl, whom i became great friends with, and who changed me in ways that i hope to show here. although the story is one that bring me great sadness, her story is one that i believe, needs to be shared. i’ve changed her name, but that’s all…
being that this story is one that is deep, messy, and emotional, this is simply the start of a story of my friendship with a porn star.

thank you, it has been a really hard thing for me to write about….. i’ve learned that my faith, is often messy and complicated, and this was one of those times.
