		<description>You should investigate Paul Borden's process.  He's has been paid a lot by the Baptist Union's of WA and NZ.  In a nutshell, it is the polar opposite to Roxburgh's process (which is what I am into).  Borden really applies church growth theory to churches and denominations.  I have his handbook which I can bring when we have coffee.   Andrew</description>
