Neil Cole
A little while ago I posted up this advertisment for the Neil Cole three day seminar in Melbourne. It is shaping up to be a great time and anyone that is interested in church planting, discipleship or mission should consider coming to hear a signficiant and experienced voice. The first day will be largely be a gathering of people who want to hear stories and interact around the issues that face us as Church leaders. The second and third day will mainly be Neil Cole presenting. Andrew Hamilton from Backyard Missionaries blog will be sharing his story on thursday too.
If you are unable to come to the three day seminar and particularly if you work during the week - you might be interested in coming along to the Forge postcard event at the retro cafe on Wed night. It would be great to have a few signposts readers turn up… I know hamo is going to be there - so you might want to turn up to meet him.

What days exactly is this event on? Is Wed the final night? Will they be having anything over the weekend?
Sorry for the silly questions but I can’t seem to find out any of the details.

Wednesday night is a one off event at the Retro Cafe in Fitzroy, located on brunswich street just south of Mt Alexander rd.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is the seminar, I would recomend this more than any other seminar for those interested in reaching out to non Christians. Neil Cole is one of the humblest, and most diligent men I have ever met. His ideas are very very practical, and very simple to use. His organic church planting stuff is absolutely amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with and being a friend of Neil for many years, and I can tell you he has influenced my life in many ways, and been a pastor to me when I really needed it.

Frances, it is wednesday night and it is 7.30pm. The rest is during the day as Rev said.

looks like i will be making the trek to join you guys for the conference, really looking forward to it. Of course, i will hang around an extra day to catch the Geelong v Kangas game aswell….but honestly, im comming for the conference.
