Phil, Dan, you really puzzle me. There has to be much work to maintaining a blog such as this ... and then you go and simplify things by (a) reducing the number of posts per page - a real help to us on dial-up and (b) reversing the posts so they scroll from top to bottom ... hmmm, of course a cynic might wonder why this ever became necessary :).

Anyway, as one who is altogether new to "blogging", i would like to express my appreciation to you both.

I would like it better if the last post in a page was at the bottom instead of the top so you can read it while replying.

can you do that for me Phil?

:)

WOW, Excellent Phil!! I agree with PGG though, 20 - 30 comments at a time would be good. It still beats the hell out of loading 6 or 7 hundrend comments at a time, everytime, but 10 comments seems to be a bit too fragmented.

Any chance that a few more comments could be on each page? Say 20 or 30?

We seem to have one problem - that is when you click on a comment in the recent comments section you are not taken to that specific comments page but rather to the last page. Bear with us and we will see if we can correct that.
