Hillsong conference 2006
Sorry to be slow on the uptake on this, but Hillsong 2006 is up and running. Anyone who wants to post reviews, discussion or articles about the 2006 conference, do it in this thread (just so we can try to keep things together a bit).
Ta muchly.

Same old same old……gosh he’s still preaching the same stuff he’s done for years.
Note the subtle (or not-so) manipulation & control - ie don’t question, be a problem maker etc etc - and “you’ll go far young man”.
July 5th, 2006 at 10:57 pm
Well tomorrow’s agenda lloks like this:
9am Bill Hybels - Main Meeting
10:45 Louie Giglio - W&CA (has something to do with “Passion Conferences and Passion Network” the word Network scares me in Christianity…)
12:30 Israel Houghton - The Vocalist Elective speaking on Vocal Production
4:30 Charlotte Scanlon-Gambill Main Meeting - I’ll give that one a miss thanks!
Friday is something special!
9:00 Reinhard Bonnke - Main Session….I really don’t know what to do about that one…so hard to take any notes because he doesn’t say anything…
10:45 Nancy Beach - W&CA - Willow Creek Worship Person.
12:30 Q&A with the Hillsong Vocal Team…Now since I have sat on this panel before perhaps I should sit right up the front and ask some curly questions??????
4:30 Reinhard Bonnke again…what a way to go….the morning session and the 4:30 will be so hard to miss but I’m not sure i can take either one…
July 5th, 2006 at 10:58 pm
I certainly can see the irony in this:
What about the Hillsong Financials?…They only has two line items - Revenue and operating expenses. Full audited details are not released.
I bet if Jesus asked for the Hillsong Budget - they would direct him to the Department of Fair Trading to retireve the ones they lodged to fulfill their minimum mandatory requirements.
Then again Jesus would just go to the Hillsong Conference and turn over the cash registers….
If he got that far … they would have had him escorted away in case he uttered that word- “Repent!” just in case people thought that he would be associated with Hillsong.
July 5th, 2006 at 10:59 pm
Funny that! I have heard a few people mutter about turning over the tables…..
July 5th, 2006 at 11:01 pm
“Q&A with the Hillsong Vocal Team…Now since I have sat on this panel before perhaps I should sit right up the front and ask some curly questions??????”
Ask where the speaking circuit meny goes - and how much they charge to perform at a church.
July 5th, 2006 at 11:03 pm
I was thinking about questions like:
“So if one of the members of your team assualted another member of your team and damaged their property should you promote them or kick them off the team?”
July 5th, 2006 at 11:04 pm
And…
“Should you hound the victim out of your team and the church?”
July 6th, 2006 at 12:02 am
If you’re feeling really adventurous…..I mean really really adventurous…….you could try something like….
Guys….I’d like to share with you something Geoff Bullock wrote about Hill$ong worship..and I’d love to get the panel’s thoughts on it.
“The pressure on me to produce five services a Sunday, Guest Services Concerts, Christmas Spectaculars and the like was brutal and unrelenting. It broke me. It broke my marriage. It broke my first wife and our five children. it broke so many lives, and we have been trying to tell our story. On Christmas Eve 1994, I was publically abused during rehearsals for two Christmas Eve services by Brian Houston for not having enough Christmas Carols in the song list. I then led and preached at both services. Every Tuesday afternon we would have a debriefing of the previous Sunday’s services. Almost weekly the music and tech team would be pulled apart for not “getting the worship right”, or the music too loud, or the radio microphone not functioning correctly. One time Brian flew into a rage accusing the tech director of the church, who was pushed out later that year, of conducting a vendetta against Brian and his “preaching of the word” by sabotaging his radio microphone. These were not constructive criticisms, they were angry, bitter and personally abusive. I was constantly humiliated by not being tough enough and being too empathetic. On Father’s Day 1994, we had to produce two Guest Services Concerts. One at 4.00pm, and another at 6.00pm, then back it all up with a third service at 8.00pm. It was father’s day. It was ordered by Brian Houston, personally, to my face, that the choir had to be in both morning services and could not go home untill after the second service ended, which usually was about 12.30. We had rehearsals at 2.00pm. With a one and a half hour turn around, going home was impossible as so we all ate our father’s day lunch at the hall where we had our services. This was pointed out to brian. Everyone gave up their father’s day because Brian couldn’t bear having 50 or so empty choir seats during his second sermon. I don’t remember the last song that morning, nor would brian, in fact Brian woulodn’t even remember the damge he caused that day, but over a hundered musicians, tech crew and choir memebers would remember how their church would not let them celebrate father’s day with their families because we had ‘the work of the Lord” to do.
I fired drummers because they sounded too loud backstage… which is simply because of the acoustics of the backstage are, not the poor over comitted drummer.. Brian would arrive in a foul mood and demand action, immediately, sometimes with shameful emotional consequences on whoever had to be told they weren’t good enough.”
That would make for a memorable question and answer session at the conference…..I would have thought.

Neil,
I just want to know how you managed to understand anything Jentzen Franklin said.
July 6th, 2006 at 1:12 am
Closet Hillsonger and Perth Baptist pastor Mark Edwards’ day 3 Hill$ong conference report.
“Today was another great great day at Hillsong 2006 for me.
Brian Houston kicked it off with a message from Ex 18 on the need to “be one of a few”
1. Leadership is proven when we are able in the practical issues
2. Fear God, not man
3. Be able to see past the small matters, being annoyed or frustrated at people will only hinder you
4. Do not get sucked into anger about small things (Tit 3.5)
Bill Hybels 2nd session
Awesome! What a wise man. He talked about
1. Keeping the vision clear
2. Get the people engaged
3. Make your gatherings memorable
4. Pace yourself for the long haul
Charlotte Scanlon Gamblin
Charlotte is the son of well known Pastor Paul Scanlon from Abundant Life Fellowship
She talked about identity theft, using the story of Jacob, who became Israel. It was interesting, touching and helpful.
I went to the 4.30 and 7.30 sessions.
Bill Hybels 4.30 session
Bill shattered misconceptions some may have in this talk.
It was great. He was quite prophetic and said he was worried that while many churches were growing, they were not focused on evangelism. He told three stories of how he has led people to the Lord. His neighbour, a tattooed guy and a black man who was the victim of racism. It was excellent to hear him talk about the priority of relationships, friendships and personal love in leading people to Christ. He did not mention big services, seeker friendly sundays or anything like that. He said that stuff was needed, but was secondary to Christians reaching out themself. Bill also talked about the priority of listening to the Spirit’s prompting in leading you to people who are open to God, seizing the divine opportunity.
Franklin Jentzen 7.45pm
Franklin is a very energetic and passionate preacher. He talked about the need to be balanced, and accept that we will always have Christians with different views on a whole raft of issues. He also talked about meeting with God in a covenantal relationship.
It was a very pumped up session.
SPECIAL MENTION
Must go to Darlene and Martin Smith (Delirious) who combined to do a duet of U2’s “One”. It was awesome. They did a great rendition and it was fantastic to hear U2 recognised for the passionate Christians they are.”
I take it ‘discernment’ is no longer a requirement for Australian Baptist pastors.
July 6th, 2006 at 1:36 am
Hillsong correspondent (and Christian counsellor) Natalie is no longer ‘flirty’ and is now ’sleepy’.
“Hillsong Conference Day 3
Current mood: sleepy
wow. today was a great day - i was right in front in both services again today, but thats not the main point. the main highlight of the day was approaching a 9-year-old looking kid named Shane if he just raised his hand.
i was unsure if i should approach the kid, coz i was not sure if his hand was in the air or was he just stretching - but the Holy Spirit nudged me to go up and talk to him, and yes he did raise his hand and its his first-time decision!
i was so excited for him! i so believe he is gonna do great things and he’s from New Zealand. wow. its just amazing to see childlike-faith. im still amazed.
B.Hybels and J.Franklin was awesome! God definitely has to be the middle ground in EVERYTHING! i was cracking up at that 7-11 song part =D 7 words repeated 11 times = 7-11 song =D tmr im gonna go earlier to join in their morning rally and stream sessions. cant wait to be impacted again =D its R.Bonnke tmr! cant wait to hear him again - he is just so full of the spirit!
we finally made our payment for the ski trip accomodation =D wow - 2 rooms welcoming our arrival to the snow really keeps me on the edge =D i really cant wait to go….im SO EXCITED. drove jason’s manual car today again - getting smoother and smoother at the changing gears part - but i always seem to be forgetting to let go of the accelerator when clutch is down for changing gears - a bit confusing. the funny part is there was this intersection where i stopped completely, and had to go back to gear 1, and the car stalled, and then i realised 3 cars were behind me waiting for me to go hahaha…it took me like 10 secs to get it moving again - ignition, clutch, gear, accelerator- but the cars were v patient at me =D
anywayz, im yawning again, time to sleep coz ren’s gonna pick me up in 8 hours and i need my beauty sleep..laterz! God bless!”
July 6th, 2006 at 1:34 pm
i cant wait to hear that bonnke is on a plane out of the country

“SPECIAL MENTION Must go to Darlene and Martin Smith (Delirious) who combined to do a duet of U2’s “One”. It was awesome.”
Groan. As if Mary J BILGE-led rape of the original wasn’t bad enough.
I bet the crowd went nuts at the ‘Jesus’ reference too.
Just apalling.
July 6th, 2006 at 2:29 pm
As is my spelling … I am aPPalled at my puny effort.
I remember seeing ‘Bring me to life” by Evancescence being performed by the Hill$song P&W team a couple of years ago. And, naturally, the crowd, sorry WORSHIPPERS, went nuts
I would suggest it takes more than a ripoff of whatever is in the top 10 to bridge their credibility gap, but that would probably class me as a small minded h8r according to BH.
July 6th, 2006 at 2:35 pm
I’ve debated myself (I won of course) ..about whether to post this or not.
I think Geoff Bullock is used to the idea of all of his old stuff being still out there circulating around….so I don’t think this will be a major shock to anybody’s system.
It’s a talk on worship Geoff gave on an uncertain date..but it was right at the height of Rodney Howard-Browne-mania….most likely early 90’s.
It shows how Geoff had clearly started to shift in his thinking about the worship scene….but before the fallout with Brian Houston (umm….I probably wouldn’t listen back to this Geoff…unless you’re in a jovial frame of mind).
The two things that stand out is ..what a superb speaker Geoff is… (I’ve never heard him speak before) ….and just how much someone’s mindset can shift over the years.
It gives me hope for the mindless drones….moshing at Hill$ong Conference this week …and having an orgasm after seeing their face on the big screen or sitting 20 metres away from Bald Spot.

Day 3
Well the day started out with Bill Hybels talking about “Discovering your Holy Discontent”. He spoke from Exodus 2: 11-13 and Exodus 3:7-10. He drew a parallel between Moses heart being stirred into action by injustice (Killing the Egyptian for beating the Hebrew) and God’s heart being stirred by injustice (Appointing Moses to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt out of persecution).
Bill reckoned God picked Moses because he was passionate about injustice like God is. Bill said that God’s heart and Moses heart were aligned over what wrecked their hearts. He asked the question: what wreaks my heart?
Bill then went on to draw an analogy from Popeye where he would take Brutus’s attacks until he got to a point and at that point Popeye would say, “That’s all I can stands! I can’t stands anymore!” and then Popeye would pop the spinach and beat the shit out of Brutus. What prompts you into action?
Bill went on to use David (with Goliath) and Martin Luther King as examples of men who had “Popeye moments”
Bill explained that we all have what he called an “Holy Discontent” but it can take a while to find out what it is for some. And so he gave us 4 pointers:
1. Not everything that affects you is it! Look for the one thing that grabs you by the throat and won’t let you go.
2. If you can’t identify it don’t give up on this concept too soon! If you are insure – experiment. Travel more, look at the work of God in different places.
3. When you find it feed it! Don’t insulate yourself from it but expose yourself to it more and more.
4. And don’t let the burden of your Holy Discontent crush your hope! You have to keep believing that God answers prayer and things get better otherwise you will be eaten by the thing that drives you.
For me this was quite a good message. I got a lot from it and I hope you do too from these pretty sketchy notes of mine.
Then it was off to hear Louie Giglio (I’d never heard of him) talk in the W&CA session.
Well what an interesting “transition time” this turned out to be. As I was walking into Hall 3 of the showground I heard somebody in a dark area right beside me call my name. I spun around and a bloke grabbed my left arm and would not let go. It was very forceful and I still have red marks and nail marks on my arm. I tried to pull my arm free but couldn’t so I stepped into him and planted a right fist right on his nose. He let go and I walked on and found a seat. I realized after I hit him who this guy was. He was from Hill$ong City congregation and used to organize all the security for the W&CA team. He owns a security company. I don’t know if he was mucking around or if he was serious. But he won’t do it again! Not with out an army.
Louie was a real surprise and God I hope Darlene was really listening! Louie wanted to talk about “True Worship – Worship in Fact”.
Louie explained that worship had nothing to do with songs and lights and holding your hands in the air and getting a pained expression on your face or jumping up and down. Louie explained that true worship was being moved by the things that moved Jesus and reacting the way Jesus reacted by helping. Seeing a need and fixing it!
He said that worship was me in the hands of God – my life in the hands of God.
Louie turned to Hebrews 13:15-16
Heb 13:15 Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name.
Heb 13:16 And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
Louie explained that Jesus is the doorway to worship not a church, not a style, not a band! He explained that to worship God we need to live a life marked by the cross of Christ. He suggested that instead of leaving a “worship service” and discussing whether we enjoyed the worship that we ask God if He is happy with our worship – is He happy with our lives?
So Louie posed the question: What kind of worship does God want?
In verse 15 & 16 it says:
the fruit of lips that confess his name.
Heb 13:16 And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
Basically, Louie was saying that God doesn’t want us standing around with our hands in the air with stupid looks on our faces. He wants us doing good and sharing what we have with those in need.
He made the point that God said, “Do not Forget!” so it must be easy to forget and perhaps we have.
Quite frankly this message was worth all the anxiety attacks I have had over this conference and over Hill$ong church - not only for me to hear it. If only a few of them actually catch it and live it…..
Then my Vocalist session was with Israel Houghton and The New Breed – who ever they are. They basically grabbed a song and broke it down into parts and taught the parts to everyone. All very exciting and interesting if it is new to you but crikey this is what I did day in day out for Hill$ong so I was a little bored…one or two good looking women in that “New Breed” though…pity they are Americans!
That was it for me today….didn’t want to ruin it with Paul Scanlon’s daughter.
I wonder whether Hill$ong is listening. So many times God has been saying stop pretending and start doing! I wonder whether they will hear or whether (as George Michael would say) God will leave the table…maybe He already has….
July 6th, 2006 at 7:37 pm
Neil sounds like an enlightening time you’re having.
That’s also interesting that many of the speakers are addressing issues to do with Hillsong, it’s such a shame that they’ll just NEVER listen.
I used to attend CCC back in the day and they have a ‘blacklist’ policy towards anyone that leaves. Basically, people who leave never get contacted and are told not to contact others in the church.
There was a big name minister who spoke there (can’t recall his name) and said he felt very strongly that the Leadership of CCC had to make a real effort to go after people who had left the movement. These people who left he said were like lost sheep and it was encumbant upon Leadership to make an effort. Do you think that actually happened though? Of course not… It seems these leaders are surrounded by good advice but they already have their course set and are unwilling to deviate for anyone - God included.

oh by the way guys i don’t want to mislead you. I haven’t actually done the panel stuff at a Hillsong Conference but at other things. Other panels for them. That didn’t quite come out right in post #35.

Found my own “Holy Discontent”:
Corrupt misleading fast talking high living deceiving Millionairre Mega Church CEO Pastorprenurs who take from the tables of the scriptuarly naieve to fatten their little wallets and buy Lance ARmstrong bikes for Christmas.

Yes I was thinking of you Lionfish and this very site when Bill was talking about that. Truly!
July 6th, 2006 at 11:04 pm
Lance - I listened to the recording and Geoff refers to his first solo album “The Other Side”. If memory serves me correct that was a release around March 95 and would have been a few months before he left HCLC.

Hill$ong devotee and Perth Baptist pastor Mark Edwards sums up his Thursday at Hill$ong conference.
The ‘ooh I’m a kid in a candy shop’ persona has been worn down on day 4.
http://marked35.blogspot.com/2006/07/hillsong-conference-thursday-2006.html
“I started off today with a Gloria Jeans coffee. Its not the best coffee in the world, and not my favourite, but there is one right near our motel and grabbing one for the train ride to Accer Stadium is great on these cold Sydney mornings. With not much sleep happening, its also probably necessary.
Bill Hybels
Here is the ‘big idea from Bill.
“What cant you stand? What brings tears to your eyes, what rises up a holy discontent within your spirit” This may be the area you should minister in. ‘
Another excellent and convicting message from a man who God has been seriously dealing with in the last few years.
Frank Damazio
Frank is perhaps a lesser known speaker to some of the others, but has a comprehensive book out on leadership. He is certainly on the more charismatic side of the church, which is fine by me, and challenged us to embrace the more spiritual side of leadership.
He said that spiritual leadership requires spiritual transformation.
Every idea needs anointing, needs spiritual empowerment.
Frank spent some time towards the end in ‘ministry’ by which he means praying for Pastors. It was a great time.
In his second session he said sometimes trials remind us of how there are times we cannot do anything but increase our faith and hope in God. Sometimes the trial is severe and we need to make a choice, to be bitter, or to grow in faith.
Frank also gave a stack of indicators of únbroken’leaders, 14 in fact.
One of the main indicators of an unknown leader is that they, “use manipulation to further their own agenda”.
Reinholt Bonke spoke in the evening session and was his typical energetic, passionate and clear self. He used the parable of the talents to challenge us to be faithful over the little.
Another interesting aside, when asked by a TV reporter what he thought of women in ministry he replied, ïf I was drowing, I would not care if I was saved from death by a man or a woman”
Tiring yet inspiring day today.
I have spent a lot of time tonight in prayer and intercession for some men connected with our church. I pray God will continue to challenge me and refine me.
This has been a wonderful time of impartation, refreshment and renewal for me.
One more day to go!”

“BEING GAY AT HILLSONG - Media Release
From http://alifeofunlearning.blogspot.com/2006/07/being-gay-at-hillsong-media-release.html
Whether you accept Kinsey’s figure of 10% or the more conservative estimates of 3-5% of the population, it still means that there are 100’s of gays and lesbians who are a part of the 35,000 strong Hillsong 20th Anniversary Conference at the Acer Stadium in Sydney this week.
“There was a time when this was believed impossible,” says Anthony Venn-Brown, Australia’s first openly gay Pentecostal, “I’ve discovered not only a change in attitude but also people within Pentecostal circles who have completely resolved their faith and sexuality issues. There are 100’s, all at different stages in their journey. Some still hate that part of themselves, some have married believing it will fix their “problem”, others have resolved it but are fearful to come out, while some of us have come to a place of total openness. We know there is nothing to be ashamed of if we happen to be attracted to the same sex instead of the opposite, its just the way we are”, Venn Brown added.
Anthony Venn-Brown, is very familiar with the conflict of being gay in a bible believing denomination. He was once a popular leader within the Assemblies of God and a regular preacher in the Hillsong churches. Believing that being homosexual was evil, he spent 22 years attempting to change his attraction to the same sex. His autobiography ‘A Life of Unlearning Coming Out of the Church – One Man’s Struggle’ details that traumatic journey and is about to go into its second print.
“The church’s’ stand against gays and lesbians will eventually be proven to be the greatest heresy of the 20th century”, Venn-Brown said. “Its tantamount to the church rejecting scientific fact and labelling Galileo a heretic when he said that the world revolved around the sun. One only has to look at church history to the see errors of the past being repeated today. Sincere bible believing Christians were amongst the opponents of the abolition of slavery, interracial marriages and the equality of women. The enemy we are fighting today is ignorance. The debate will continue until the opponents learn and understand the simple difference between behaviour and orientation.”
“I’m in the strange position of getting opposition from both sides. I feel like I’m living on the fault line. Some people in the gay community tell me I should have nothing to do with Hillsong church and some people in the church who try to tell me that I can’t be gay and a Christian. All I can say is there will always have to be a Rosa Parks and I ain’t going to the back of the bus for nobody”
Anthony is also co-founder of Freedom 2 b(e), a network which provides support, information and advocacy for same sex attracted from Pentecostal and Charismatic backgrounds.”

I am having a good giggle at some of the postings. I was a volunteer at last year’s conference. Actually Neil could well have done what he did to that security fellow without anybody noticing and melt back into the crowd. From my experience there is no such thing as putting onself last at these conferences. Everyone wants to be at the front, best seats whatever and that means its on for young and old - push shove and don’t mind if I do take any thing that is free and 6 for my friends with out so much as a thankyou.
Well gross generalisation - there are always one or two thank you’s out of a couple of thousand.
July 7th, 2006 at 7:06 pm
Day 4
Well today is the last day of Hill$ong Conference…..ohhhhh!
Today started with Reinhard Bonkke at 9am! I know it’s hard to believe but I didn’t feel like getting Bonnked today….I got a seat and all and Brain took up a Love Offering for Reinhard. I dutifully put my “Offering” into the bucket. He He He He He…..
When Reinhard turned up on the platform I turned off. I played solitaire on my pocket pc and went off to the toilet and ate all my jelly babies. But after that 10 minutes I still couldn’t handle it and left to get a coffee and a good seat in the W&CA meeting with Nancy Beach from Willow Creek. Funny thing was that my mate had noticed how small the crowd was inside the building and when I left I noticed how big the crowd was outside waiting for something to happen. Maybe I am not the only one who has been Bonkked senseless.
Nancy Beach talked about making Sunday services in church good. I was a little worried but held on. She said that a Sunday service is important because:
- people get an impression of who God is and His people,
- it should be a place to edify and build up believers and
- it can be a tool to reach unsaved people but only when we are reaching out to them in personal relationships.
She then went on to outline “3 Wonders that Can Happen Every Sunday”
1. The wonder of a quietened soul – people need to reflect on the deep issues of life.
2. The wonder of a deeply felt emotion – by using the arts.
3. The wonder of a turning point in someone’s life. E.g. a confession, a commitment to a next step.
Then it was off to the Vocalist meeting….The Question and Answer session with “The Hill$ong Team”. How Excitement!
Well, I rushed off in true Conference Delegate style and got a great seat in the second row right in the middle. Lined up on the Seats were Julie Basset (Head of Vocals), Karen Horn (City Worship Pastor), Steve MacPherson, Dee (Bad Attitude), Scott Haslam, Katrina (“Sing it Katrina”), Barry (Australian Idol) Southhall and Holly somebody.
I looked at each one of them and tried to eyeball them all with a big cheesy grin on my face. Not one of them would look at me! Six months ago I was still working out parts to songs for this latest album with Steve Maca, Scott Haslam and Barry and not one of them would even acknowledge I was there. They looked everywhere but at me.
Karen Horn was in control of the City W&CA team when I left and obviously still is. She is the one ultimately responsible for keeping my ex fiancé on the microphones in church even when she knew that she had assaulted me, tried to run me over several times and smashed my property because of a rage problem. She really didn’t see a problem with it and couldn’t understand why I wanted to make a big deal out of it. Anyway!
They made me laugh so hard when they introduced Karen! They said, “Karen is an expert in pastoral matters, so if you are any problems in your team ask Karen and she will have all the answers.” I could not hold it in! I laughed out loud and then quickly pulled it in and mumbled, “Yeh right!”
Well it was humorous to hear them explain away the ideal of how to handle things when I knew what actually took place. Oh I just loved the “Commitment/hear for serving” crap that was dished up when asked about making people serve week in week out for three services in a row and rehearse for hours and sit through dribble for hours and hours every Wednesday night.
Oh and the explanation that the way to progress is to start in the choir and then if they like you you will get to sing on a mic but of course they don’t like that progression mentality in fact there isn’t one. There is no progression thing in Hill$ong! I’m not quite sure if they heard my coughed, “Bullshit” or not.
Anyway it was off to lunch for me. I sat at a table in the winter sun and chatted to a lovely lady from the Central Coast who is an Seventh Day Adventist. We chatted about her church and she asked why I wasn’t in Hill$ong anymore and an hour and a half just flew by. Had a nice ice cream with my 10 year old daughter and then picked up my boys and off we went. I couldn’t stand getting Bonkked with the kids there too tonight so we came home.
And so ends my lovely trip to the Hill$ong conference.
July 7th, 2006 at 7:19 pm
oh yes no run in with weird people hiding in shadows today
July 7th, 2006 at 7:28 pm
“I dutifully put my “Offering” into the bucket. He He He He He…..”
Umm….exactly….what….have you been putting in the offering baskets at Hill$ong this week?
July 7th, 2006 at 7:47 pm
ummmm……credit card slips filled in for $1,000 the other day and $2,000 today made out in my ex fiance’s name with a ficticious credit card number and her mobile phone as the contact….is that wrong?
Hill$song gets their numbers wrong and pisses off Brain and then chases my ex for money.
Two birds-one stone
July 7th, 2006 at 10:01 pm
Neil another great review of the disgrace that is a Hillsong conference.
And if I might say so myself, a *bloody brilliant* tactic with the offering… I often thought about putting monopoly money into the bag in my CCC days but somehow I never quite got around to it. Maybe next time the CCC Rise and build wankfest comes around I’ll scribble up an almighty amount and mail it in.
