So you want to read the bible

We have a pretty good video we use as an introduction to the bible - how it was put together, how to approach it etc.  The content is really good, but it was filmed in the late 70s or early 80s and features a “cool” guy wearing white shoes and belt.  This series  from the real live preacher promises to be just as good without the wacky clothing.

    I’m assuming that the “cool” guy is Paul Jones from Manfred Mann. I’ve got the same video. Great stuff but incredibly dated.

    It was released by the Bible Society. Maybe it’s time they produced an update.

    RLP seems to be doing a good job with it.

    Rodney, could have been Paul Jones. He was certainly a minor celebrity because at one point he starts doing a time capsule of his life and putting in record albums and playbills and stuff.
